Let me know when you are in the Sacramento area again, I would love to take my mom to visit you. The postcard Wendy sent me in her Christmas card is still on my refrigerator. Congratulations, on preserving your family history!!

Hi! It was funny to find you and your cookbook. What a great idea to preserve the recipes and spread them.
I am danish, living in Denmark but I could recognize the recipe for frikadeller, though I (of course) make them differently. Every family and every generation have their own way of making frikadeller. And brune kartofler as well.
I hope all the best for your project.

This looks great! Such beautiful art too. I knew Susie in high school a couple of years ago, ha ha. I would love to have a copy of this book. I have Swedish roots and some of these recipes are very similar. What a wonderful tribute to your families, to Livermore, and to memorialze history to pass on to your children. Gee I thought scrapbooking was a special tribute but this is awesome! What a labor of love too.
